Scope

Contracting
Three ways to engage.

Specialist subcontract
A defined package — civil, electrical, cable or commissioning — taken from a principal contractor under their main contract.

Joint venture & consortium
Paired with an established US contractor so that bonding capacity, prequalification and local track record are covered while we bring equipment access and engineering.

Turnkey EPC / EPCM
Full design, procurement and construction responsibility on lump-sum, unit-rate or cost-plus terms, with EPCM available where the owner wants to hold the supply contracts.
Safety & quality
The record is the licence to operate.
Utility and industrial clients screen on safety performance before they screen on price. Safety, quality and environmental management are built into the operating model from the first subcontract, not retrofitted once volume arrives.
- Documented HSE management system, job hazard analysis and daily briefings
- EMR and TRIR tracked and reported from the first project
- Independent QA/QC function with hold points and witness points
- ITP-driven inspection, with supplier and site records retained for handover
- Insurance and surety bonding capacity built ahead of self-perform scope
- Environmental compliance including waste, spill and SF6 handling procedures
